Delete your FinCopilot account and data

You can request deletion from the FinCopilot Android app or web app:

1. Sign in to your FinCopilot account.
2. Open Settings, then choose Delete Account.
3. Review the information shown, enter DELETE MY ACCOUNT, and confirm.

You can export your data from Settings before deleting your account. If you cannot sign in, email info@rapidoform.com from the email address associated with your account and ask for FinCopilot account deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on an email request.

What deletion covers

The deletion flow removes the account profile and associated transactions, imported statements, budgets, custom categories, recurring groups, accounts and chat records from the active service. It also attempts to remove uploaded statement files. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained if legally required or needed for security and dispute resolution.
